Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Be responsible to make or repair upholstery for Living Spaces designed furniture.
* Fit, install, and secure material on frames, using hand tools, power tools, glue, cement, and/or staples.
* Build furniture up with loose fiber stuffing, cotton, felt, and/or foam padding to form smooth rounded surfaces.
* Make, restore, and/or create custom upholstered furniture, using hand tools and knowledge of sketches and design specifications.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
* Up to 3 year(s) experience using hand and power tools.
* Qualifications: Previous furniture or car upholstery experience is preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision, Distance vision, and Ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to climb a ladder occasionally. The employee may have to lift items overhead.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; climb or balance and stop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive a team bonus based on meeting specific monthly goals and KPI's. Bonus amounts are based on the level of achievement and the total hours worked during the bonus eligible month.
