Medicare Advantage Premium Billing Manager

As an integral member of our Enrollment & Billing leadership team, you will drive the strategy and direction of premium billing to achieve operational efficiencies and strategic objectives. This will involve leveraging technological advancements and process improvements to promote exceptional service for internal and external customers. You will:
* Manage a team of billing analysts, supervisors, and support staff
* Monitor the department for regulatory compliance
* Deliver efficient, customer-centric premium billing, reconciliation, and audit processes
* Foster collaborative relationships with peers, co-workers, and staff
* Promote quality, superior customer service
* Identify enhancements to workflows to increase effectiveness and productivity
* Research and resolve complex premium billing issues
* Create standard operating procedures
Salary Range: $67,400 - $133,400 Annually
Qualifications We're seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven, self-directed leader with:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care or other related field or equivalent work experience preferred
* Minimum five years' experience in a Medicare or Managed Care environment managing Member Enrollment and Billing staff and processes required
* Premium billing experience a plus
* Three or more years of project management experience in a healthcare or ACO environment
* Experience leading a team, including performance management and driving results required
* Experience leading, facilitating, and implementing new programs/projects required
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Jira, and Agile methodology
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities required
* Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate methods and systems to improve efficiency
* Experience working with complex organizations to comply with regulatory requirements
* Ability to promote a team-oriented, collaborative environment
