Senior Director, Community Clinic Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our community clinics.
As the Senior Director, Community Clinic Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the operational excellence of UCLA Health's extensive network of community clinics. Reporting directly to the Chief of Operations, Community Clinic Network, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight to ensure the seamless delivery of patient care and operational efficiency across all clinic locations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other operational stakeholders to optimize operations and enhance overall healthcare delivery. The Senior Director will play a critical role in driving strategic growth, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the clinics and across the organization.
Salary range: $165,000-425,500 annual
Qualifications * 7-10 years of progressive healthcare management experience within provider-based and healthcare delivery organizations
* Preferred 5+ years working within Academic Medical Centers or health systems with highly matrixed organizational structures
* Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education and relevant experience required.

Master's preferred. * Strong working knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and approaches
* Strong working knowledge of healthcare financing, revenue cycle, budgeting processes, and key contributors
* Strong abilities to problem solve multi-faceted operational problems, identify root causes, and generate solutions that align with end-user needs and organizational direction
* Experiences navigating the inter-sections of clinical care, research, and education within clinical operations
* Experiences establishing multi-disciplinary governance structures to drive organizational change, enable input and feedback, and strengthen professional relationships; committed to inviting participation of all relevant stakeholders/ perspectives in the evaluation and planning of all major initiatives
* Strong leadership skills while working with people of all backgrounds and at all levels
* Strong communication skills while striving to maintain situational awareness, status updates and progress, and barriers threaten project/programmatic success; strives to build consensus and alignment in decision making
* Ability to establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect, flourish in an unstructured environment, and always engage in professional and ethical conduct
* Ability to foster a diverse and inclusive environment and is respectful of others' feelings and perspectives
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems-level thinking skills while drawing upon past experiences; crafts innovative solutions in collaboration with other key stakeholders
