Overview / Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Manufacturing Technology Instructor to join our institution's academic team. In this dual role, the instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in our core manufacturing technology courses such as OSHA/Safety, Precision Measuring, and Blueprint Reading as well as offering instruction in the science of tooling and jig building and advanced measuring systems associated. The instructor's role will encompass delivering practical classroom instruction and hands-on training to equip students for successful careers in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking an ideal candidate with a robust foundation in tooling/jig, manufacturing processes, equipment, and cutting-edge technologies, coupled with the adeptness to convey intricate concepts to students with clarity and effectiveness. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:
To remain up to date with tooling and manufacturing technology, engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences.
