Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst role at RiverSpring Services Corp., a Management Services Organization who is part of a group of long term care affiliates under the brand name of RiverSpring Living will be responsible to coordinate and process the day to day accounting functions for River Springs Health Systems (RSHS) and support the Senior Vice President, Finance.

The Accounting Analyst will check deposits for all companies on a daily basis; Prepares bank reconciliations for various accounts; Record journal entries and reconciles various expense accounts on a monthly basis; Process monthly accruals to ensure all expenses are properly recorded in the correct period; Monthly billing for Housing Companies;Maintain Fixed Assets Analysis; Assist with special projects as needed

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required. General computer knowledge, Microsoft Excel, and good communication and writing skills. Qualified individuals must have proficient knowledge in all aspects, rules, and guidelines with regard to accounting principles and practices. The qualified individual must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Must have a strong mathematical ability and be comfortable dealing with numbers and finances. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Compensation: $60,000 min. to $70,000 max. Annually
