The Change Management Lead Procurement is focused on developing, implementing and managing the "people side of change" of the many initiatives initiated and managed by VNA's Procurement Team. This includes changes to business processes, systems and technology related to Procurement.

While being in charge of developing and editing content for the team, the Change Management Lead Procurement also supports people in the organization through the transitions from a current state to a future state, and understands what is needed to influence each person to embrace and adopt the change.

The Change Management Lead Procurement works through many stakeholders in the organization to succeed, including senior leaders and executives.

This position can be hired in Boston, MA, Paramus, NJ, or Milwaukee, WI.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Develops and implements change management strategies and plans related to initiatives led by the Procurement Team
  • Assists with the development of engaging content and distribution across communications channels (newsletter, procurement website, webinars...) related to the procurement activity (new deals, vendors, processes, tools...)
  • Supports the procurement team in developing and delivering training content that will be distributed and presented across the Company
  • Assists the Procurement Team with general project management (structure, project plans, timelines, deliverables, etc) as needed
  • Develops and manages Procurement stakeholder satisfaction surveys and uses the results to develop action plans with the help of the Procurement Leadership Team
  • Supports development of procurement process documentation and training as needed
  • Actively contributes to driving continuous improvement within the Procurement team

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:


  • Bachelor's degreein business, engineering, supply chain or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Change / Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience in applying some of the most commonly used change management models (Lewin, 7S, Nudge theory, ADKAR, etc.) is a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:


  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Solid organizational and planning skills
  • Experience with SAP (Ariba, S4) or any other ERP is a plus

Work Environment:


  • There is one (1) position open and it may be filled in Boston, Paramus, or Milwaukee.
  • This is a hybrid position with 2 days / week in the office.
  • The salary range for this position is targeted to be $100,000 - $120,000 (DoE).
