The Change Management Lead Procurement is focused on developing, implementing and managing the "people side of change" of the many initiatives initiated and managed by VNA's Procurement Team. This includes changes to business processes, systems and technology related to Procurement. While being in charge of developing and editing content for the team, the Change Management Lead Procurement also supports people in the organization through the transitions from a current state to a future state, and understands what is needed to influence each person to embrace and adopt the change. The Change Management Lead Procurement works through many stakeholders in the organization to succeed, including senior leaders and executives.
