Job Description

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a resourceful Territory Sales and Account Director to manage the entire sales team and expand our water treatment business.

Candidates must have the following criteria to be considered:


  • Must live in the Chicagoland area. Will go into the local Woodridge office 2-3 days per week
  • Prior full time sales experience
  • Sales team management - this role will oversee 16 sales reps and 4 managers

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and expand new business development towards sustained growth.
  • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
  • Develop new clients and strengthen existing client partnerships.
  • Proposal development and presentation.
  • Negotiate new business closure that promotes sustained revenue.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude.
  • Experience with identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Excellent ability to maintain solid client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
  • Strong competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with integrated business management and CRM software.
