What you will be doing

Support the growth and development of the business by participating in transformative projects, analyzing financial models and results, and building collateral for a positive impact on our organization. Responsible for the timely creation and maintenance of all sales operations reporting as well as the development and distribution of relevant contractual reporting using internal tools to track sales, compliance, and achievement thresholds. Research complex business analysis problems to support executive decision making, including business performance analysis, trending, and forecasting. This is a US based Remote position.

  • Works collaboratively to develop and maintain contract logic for all Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract opportunities.

  • Define and analyze data requirements needed to support the business and reconciles sales data working with internal stakeholders, manufacturer partners and sister companies.

  • Develop and implement BI dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau and synthesize information from multiple systems to transform performance and salesforce CRM data and metrics across various B2B sales channels.

  • Provide data and analysis to help the organization make key business decisions, resource allocation, maximize associate capacity, optimize inside sales processes and B2B initiatives.

  • Proactively research complex business analysis problems to support executive decision making, including business performance analysis, trending, and forecasting

  • Gather requirements to develop reporting and analysis solutions to meet the needs of the business and stakeholders.

  • Correlate, synthesize, validate, understand, and report operational, customer engagement, quantitative and qualitative data points to identify key insights and trends performance analysis, trending, and forecasting.

  • Uses internal tools to create and maintain relevant reporting to manage contracts and pull-through.

  • Works closely with GPO Operations, Finance, Membership department and customer partners to prepare action-oriented reporting to drive sales to help find opportunities, sales trends, and make recommendations for action based on analysis.

  • Works with performance-based compliance tools, reports and scorecard to provide the organization with information on compliance monitoring and contract performance.

  • Responsible for working independently on contracts data and proactively solving problems with data and other reporting needs.

  • General knowledge of contracts, with the ability to fully learn and understand our contracts, services, and pharmaceutical needs, as it relates to our business to be a good internal resource for staff members.

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

Requires a four-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent work experience. Normally requires a minimum of 7 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

  • Three or more years' experience in analytics with responsibility for developing and delivering complex analysis, reports, dashboards, trends and forecasts

  • Minimum one-year experience with systems development, data management, and business intelligence (BI)

  • Minimum one-year experience with SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx and/or other BI tools

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Advanced computer skills on order to operation effectively with company systems and programs: Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with deep expertise in building complex tables and macros in Excel, SQL, Business Objects, and Crystal reporting.

  • Proficient with advanced SQL coding/querying, automated reporting and process analysis, design, re-engineering

  • Demonstrated independent thinking and relationship management.

  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to correlate both qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit

$93,500 - 143,990

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
