Senior Account Manager - Contigo Health Network What will you be doing:

This position creates and fosters strategic and day-to-day relationships with the executives of ConfigureNet's clients to maximize the value of the Contigo Health relationship, with a significant focus on value creation, client retention and total account selling with our client relationships. This role will also partner with the sales and service teams to work together on integrated strategic account planning. This position serves as the one-face for ConfigureNet to our clients, to promote ConfigureNet's broader value proposition. This position will work with internal and external parties on issues resolution, conduct scheduling of necessary reoccurring meetings, and other facets of the day-to-day work.

The position will assist strategy planning process within the PPO lane of our business and manage the resources necessary to grow and maintain the business within the current client base of responsibility while maintaining/improving the profitability of the client as well as expand current accounts' product lines and business solutions. Analyzing current accounts' business needs and matching a "holistic" business solution to Contigo Health-wide solutions to maximize optimal customer services is key to this role.

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 6 or more years

Skills & Experience:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Experience to include:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
  • Ability to conduct/facilitate executive and management level discussions to identify their needs and translate how ConfigureNet can support their efforts through existing or new and/or enhanced products.
  • Ability to analyze financial data to assess utilization performance improvement opportunities.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of PPO service experience

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
