Your Future Team

Our Technology Integration and Service team is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team of Merger and Acquisition Integration specialists. This hands-on leadership role joins a team that aims to make the integration of newly acquired businesses as seamless and minimally
disruptiveas possible through solid project management, communications, and change management.

*Please note this is a position that is based in Chicago and we are in the office 50% of the time*

What You'll Do

You willdirectly manage large integration projectsandoversee a team of project managers dedicated to the onboarding of new teams to the Hightower platform.



  • Be a Hightower brand ambassador by upholdingThe Hightower Waycultural elements - Mission, Purpose, V.A.L.U.E. Experience, Commitment and Standards, promoting excellence in the internal and external client experience during every encounter
  • Improve consistency in every client and colleague encounter by embodying the core principles of our Hightower V.A.L.U.E. Experience (Validate, Actively Listen, Leverage Resources, Understand Ownership, Express Gratitude)
  • Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience
  • Project Management throughout the deal lifecycle from Operational Due Diligence to post-conversion transition to Business as Usual
  • Coordinate planning with key delivery teams to support infrastructure, end-user computing, and software transition events
  • Compose and Deliver main integration artifacts including timelines, resource plans, budgets, transition event detailed plans, and project management
  • Guide staff project managers
  • Manage the use of deliverable templates and processes across the project management team
  • Travel is required for main diligence and transition milestones




What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science Business, Finance or Technology and 5 or more years of experience in technology acquisition integration
  • Experience relationship management in engagement management, customer service, or end user support
  • Experience across a variety of transition projects in infrastructure, service, and software
  • Demonstrated excellence in service
