As part of the Sales Training team, you will develop synchronous and asynchronous training to be delivered virtually, in the classroom, as a hybrid of both, or in a self-taught, web-ex format. You will be responsible for creating instructor and student guides, training the instructor, traveling to our training centers to observe early, in-person training sessions and modifying content as needed. Post-training, you will review surveys and other data to analyze the effectiveness of the training and determine if additional changes are needed.
