We're currently seeking a dynamic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator for our Odenton Region. In this role, you'll lead all aspects of daily operations, driving growth and program development for our PRP/Day Program.

Position Details:

Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
Flexible schedule with daytime hours, occasional evenings, and weekends
Location: Odenton, MD

Key Responsibilities:

Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing
Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services
Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness

Qualifications:

CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LCPC/LCSW)
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
3 years of management experience preferred
5 years of mental health experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

We offer a competitive starting salary of $55,264 for Bachelor's level, with opportunities for growth based on additional supervisory experience or higher education.
