Our knowledgeable team of Social Workers provide vital social work services, including assessment, intervention, recommendations, insurance education, and social service assessment and referrals. You will participate in interdisciplinary activities while demonstrating a commitment to continuous quality improvement, accurate record keeping, relevant policies/procedures, and our Code of Ethics. You will also be required to remain current with specific professional knowledge while pursuing further enhancement of job-related expertise.

Salary Range: $45.22 - $58.36 Hourly
Qualifications We're seeking a compassionate, diligent individual with:
* Master's degree in social work or social welfare
* CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills
* Expertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning
* Knowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols.
* Commitment to principles of patient and family centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity.
* Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
* Willingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annually
* Computer proficiency
* Post-masters social work experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
Emergency Department experience preferred.
