Business Analyst III

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Solutions team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional accounting and administration servicing for our clients' assigned alternative investment funds. As a Business Analyst III, you will serve as a dedicated resource to the alternative investment fund services department to assist with internal and external client solutions/product based support.

What you'll do:

You will be responsible to review and validate the work of our Business Analysts II while providing oversight and guidance.
As a Business Analyst III, you will manage and coordinate requirements across products.
You are the SME in this role, providing knowledge and expertise in this business area.

Through attending and participating in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will acquire the tools to identify processes across the division and organization. You will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse team and grow your career. What you bring to the table:
BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
5+ years' experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines
Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
Experience with software development management/tracking tools (i.e. JIRA, Microsoft TFS, Rally, etc.).

Project management experience, and the self-motivation, organization and drive to manage and complete multiple projects in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Custom software development experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate performance problems and solutions related to complex financial instruments and transactions.
Demonstrated significant leadership experience as a team lead or similar role.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. As the needs of our clients change, we need to be flexible to change with them.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment within a lean team.
Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets.
