The Naval Nuclear Laboratory comprises the U.S. Department of Energy locations and personnel responsible for developing advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology, providing technical support to ensure the safety and reliability of our nation's naval nuclear reactors, and training the Sailors who operate those reactors in the U.S. Navy's submarines and aircraft carrier Fleets. The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join a dedicated team working in a dynamic and diverse environment supporting not only the Laboratory but the Fleet as well. The Help Desk Analyst position will work with a team of individuals who interface directly with the fleet to support various shipboard applications, networks, and data collection functions. You will help coordinate, track, and distribute help desk requests, participate in Naval Messaging evolutions, and help to generate various quarterly reports as well as offload data from various systems. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years of relevant experience or;
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Preferred Skills

$73,000 - $109,600 annually Please note that the salary information shown is a general guideline only.
