The Installer is responsible for the professional installation of building materials and products in residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Installers work both independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards, building codes, and customer expectations.

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Install products such as insulation, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, sinks, millwork, and other building materials.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to required specifications.
• Verify the accuracy, alignment, and trueness of structures and installations.
• Follow all applicable building codes, industry standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a strong commitment to job site safety by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, steel-toe boots, fall protection equipment, and other safety gear.
• Operate company vehicles as assigned to transport materials and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure successful project completion.
• Perform additional duties and support project needs as assigned.

• Previous construction, installation, carpentry, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in the installation process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.

• Less than high school education, or
• Up to one month of related experience or training, or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and use of hands and arms.
• Regular climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Routinely lift and carry up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work at heights when necessary.
• Visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Primarily works on residential and commercial construction job sites.
• Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Occasional exposure to heights, fumes, airborne particles, and other construction-related conditions.
• Moderate noise levels are typical.
