Job Overview: The Senior Workforce Specialist is responsible for designing and launching a high-quality apprenticeship program for refugee professionals interested in public health. To accomplish this goal, the Senior Workforce Preparation Specialist will collaborate with IRC Sacramento's existing refugee career development and workforce programs.
