Job Description
The Part Time Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the York Customer Service Center in providing exceptional customer service to the facility employees and visitors. This individual must be able to adapt to perform in a fast-paced environment, while keeping a positive attitude. Hours: Flexible
Duties and Responsibilities: This individual is responsible for aiding in the following areas: Scanning and filing personnel documents Scanning and filing packing lists and receipts Ordering Supplies for the office and employee breakroom Entering receipts into Purchasing Software Program Monthly Reconciling of Purchasing Card Support staff and their teams in various administrative tasks Other administrative tasks as assigned Assist HR Manager in coordinating events such as employee meals, sounding board meetings, contests, retirement celebrations, etc. This part time Administrative Assistant must be willing to take on additional responsibilities in areas of general front office. Hours are extremely flexible and may be split into days or combined into 2-3 full days. We will work with selected candidate to come to an agreeable schedule for both business and personal needs. Qualifications and Experience Required High school diploma, or equivalent, is required Excellent P.C. skills including Outlook Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven business acumen, exceptional interpersonal capabilities and possess a strong attention to detail. Ability to function and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operating environment is critical. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing business environment. Ability to operate efficiently in a team environment. Must have responsible work habits. Benefits We Offer:
