NASCAR is looking for a talented professional for our Senior Coordinator, Site Optimization and Analytics role.

The Senior Coordinator, Site Optimization and Analytics is responsible for the creation and maintenance of ad-hoc digital reporting for NASCAR and its associated entities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Carries out the daily responsibilities of maintaining an enterprise-level analytics solution, including identification and creation of audience segments based on business requirements, working alongside NASCAR developers to ensure that site data collection is accurate, and ownership of web analytics dashboards and scheduled reporting.
  • Ownership of Google Tag Manager implementation across 12+ websites.
  • Responsible for build out of tag deployments, validation of existing tags and troubleshooting of issues where necessary.
  • Work closely with Marketing team and external agencies to ensure that tags are available at start of campaign flight and deactivated upon conclusion of campaigns.
  • Maintain digital analytics tracking code procedure and make recommendations to provide maximum efficiency in this process.
  • Support ECommerce specialist in building out a series of standard reports to gauge marketing channel effectiveness.
  • Creation, maintenance and support of tools and processes for the Data Strategy team with an emphasis on platform stability, maximum delivery, cost efficiency and business communication.
  • Providing cohesive reporting on audience segmentation with an emphasis on website and mobile application behavior.
  • Work with Digital Media team on the roll out of data collection efforts, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Fulfill and deliver of all reporting requests for the Platform stakeholders to ensure accurate fulfillment of marketing campaigns and tracking.
  • Support the cross-functional business teams with Marketing, Sales, Partnership Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics & Insights in determining meaningful and relevant queries of the Database.
  • Support all software integrations by providing use cases for the data and scope all new feature requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation and inventory all inbound systems currently in use.
  • Resolve all reporting issues quickly and accurately, updating processes as necessary.
  • Creation and delivery of consumer lists and reports from the industry-wide database.
  • Assist in creating and executing a day-to-day operations plan for the overall workflow of the division.
  • Work in tandem with the larger Data Strategy team to provide insight and application for data collected on NASCAR websites, ticketing platforms, and mobile applications.

Required Sills / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of current data operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with various digital reporting and audience segmentation platforms, including but not limited to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Google Analytics, and Snowflake or relational databases.
  • Business-minded strategic thinker.
  • Aptitude for leading cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
  • Acumen in providing high-level digital counsel to senior management.
  • Ability to make decisions and move to action with a hands-on approach.
  • Emphasis on Data collection and segmentation technologies including Tableau, SQL, SAP, Adobe and other common data software (data visualization, data mining and modeling)
