TRIMEDX is an organization dedicated to growing its associate's careers and looking for a skilled, resilient, and dynamic Product Marketing Manager who will become a trusted member of the marketing team supporting our cyber offerings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with high-energy who is results driven and committed to enabling other colleagues' success while driving their own professional growth. While TRIMEDX's corporate office is in Indianapolis, IN, we are open to remote candidates/work for this role.

Uniquely positioned to support various products, we are looking for candidates who have technology, specifically cyber or technology, experience. As a trusted partner of Product Management, Development and Commercial teams, this role ensures the development of deeper marketing understanding of customer needs and buying preferences, improved value proposition and messaging, and develops more effective go-to-market initiatives to generate new opportunities' and improve client retention.

A Day in the Life:

Product Marketing Planning:

  • Contributes to the development and execution of an annual integrated marketing plan by defining product marketing activity (e.g. content creation, sales enablement, VOC, market analysis, etc.) required to support upstream and downstream marketing efforts.
  • Develops comprehensive commercialization plans to ensure the successful launch of new Solutions and socializes these plans with key stakeholders and executive leadership to gather feedback and drive decision making.

Value Proposition:

  • Creates and maintains a key messaging guide to support the definition of, as well as the features, benefits, and associated value of our Solutions to guide the creation of client facing assets.
  • Supports the preparation for - and execution of - pilot programs and proof of concept engagements to ensure the effective collection of evidence of success that can be used further downstream in the recruitment of other early adopters and new clients to prove and measure the value proposition.

Market Intel, Research and VOC:

  • Understands methods available to execute primary and secondary research necessary to drive portfolio/product decisions and identify market opportunities.
  • Performs analyses to ensure that Solution pricing and bundling are market competitive based on the value being provided and raises educated suggestions on adjustments where necessary/relevant.

Campaign Planning and Communication:

  • Maintains appropriate communication and collaboration with field and corporate office cross-functional leadership to ensure input and alignment on any marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Responsible for identifying and initiating content plan development, including website, blogs, case studies and collateral.
  • Buyer Personas: Creates and leads execution of a periodic process for updating personas to inform Solution development and marketing activity.

Sales Enablement:

  • Develops sales enablement strategy, plan and tools intended to communicate the value proposition and economic benefits of our Solutions to the market; this plan should be focused on driving awareness, acceptance, and demand for Solutions, as supported by economic evidence.
  • Leads efforts with Solution Management and Marketing partners to ensure that effective tools, technology and methods are developed alongside Solutions for conducting client demos, as necessary, by key commercial stakeholders.

Strategic Planning:

  • Participates in the preparation of business cases in support of new solution opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management and Development teams to ensure that unmet needs are addressed, and market input is translated into market and ultimately product requirements and Solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or clinically related field.
  • This role consists of travel of up to 30% or approximately 4 business days per month. Travel requirements may fluctuate by 10-15% depending on organizational needs.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Information Technology/Services and/or Strategy.
  • Experience in cyber security is strongly preferred. Healthcare industry or experience within Clinical Engineering or the Management of Clinical Assets is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Passion for informatics and ability to deduce market needs from key trends within industry or markets is required.
  • Previous experience in working with - and presenting in front of - senior executives strongly preferred.
  • Experience in directly engaging with customers in matters ranging from casual to complex, with a strong focus on the ability to conduct VOC, as well as connecting and digesting feedback into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills including stakeholder management, effective communication, and driving for results
