Medical Supply & Inventory Coordinator

As our Medical Supply & Inventory Coordinator, you'll support two healthcare facilities by making sure clinical teams always have what they need: stocked supply rooms, organized storage, on-time deliveries, and safe handling of biohazard materials.

• Maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies at both facilities
• Keep supply rooms fully stocked, organized, and clean
• Conduct weekly rounds of sick call rooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Manage biohazard storage areas, including packaging waste, transporting full boxes to designated disposal bins, and preparing materials for scheduled pickups
• Coordinate vendor pickups and deliveries, including shredding services, water deliveries, pharmacy medication deliveries, and other service providers
• Monitor supply levels and communicate replenishment needs before shortages occur
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming supplies and equipment throughout both facilities
• Stock exam rooms, medical areas, and bathrooms with soap, paper towels, and other essentials
• Perform basic maintenance and minor mechanical tasks as needed
