As a member of the Branch Administration team, you'll work with retail banking leaders to analyze performance, support strategic initiatives, track key business metrics, and help drive results across one of the Bank's most customer-focused divisions. You'll gain valuable exposure to how decisions are made, how performance is measured, and how data helps shape business strategy.

Plus, you'll participate in collaborative summer intern projects, working alongside fellow interns to solve real business challenges.

What You'll Do

Help Drive Retail Banking Performance

As a Retail Sales Support Intern, you'll work closely with the Retail Performance Analytics Manager, Retail Sales Analyst, and Director of Retail Sales Strategy to help support the Bank's branch network and performance initiatives.

You'll gain firsthand experience analyzing business results, supporting strategic projects, and helping leaders make informed decisions using data.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Support Intern, you will:

• Support the Retail Performance Analytics Manager and Retail Sales Analyst with data retrieval, research, data entry, and analysis used to generate monthly sales and service reports.

• Collaborate with the Retail Performance Analytics Manager and Director of Retail Sales Strategy in testing and evaluating new core system reporting and related performance tools.

• Process department invoices and provide administrative support as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly Branch Sales Reports for District Branch Sales meetings.

• Help consolidate and coordinate orders for personalized branch-related supplies.

• Support management of the Customer Experience database by distributing and monitoring incoming customer experience cases to help ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

• Assist with Sales and Customer Experience campaign reporting, including daily and weekly performance updates against goals.

• Help communicate best practices and key insights gathered from emails, meetings, and other business inputs.

• Support reporting and analysis for customer survey programs, including Quality Loop Customer Survey data, J.D. Power results, and competitive research initiatives.

• Validate new Business Intelligence (BI) reports against legacy reporting systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation of key business metrics.

• Create presentation materials, charts, dashboards, and reporting summaries for leadership meetings, sales initiatives, training programs, and bank-wide projects.

• Assist in the consolidation and preparation of quarterly retail incentive reporting.

• Participate in collaborative summer projects
