Marketing Manager, AI Developer Campaigns & Growth to help scale AMD's global AI Developer Marketing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Developer Integrated Marketing, you will lead a global team responsible for integrated developer campaigns, regional activation, acquisition and lifecycle growth. You will build scalable marketing programs that attract AI developers, create hands-on engagement and accelerate adoption of AMD technologies across cloud, client and physical AI. This role combines people leadership, campaign strategy, growth marketing and operational excellence, partnering across Marketing, Engineering, Product, Developer Relations and regional teams. THE PERSON You are a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who understands how to grow technical audiences through integrated campaigns, digital marketing and developer lifecycle programs. You have experience building and developing high-performing teams, operating in complex global technology environments and translating technical capabilities into compelling developer value propositions. You understand that developers value technical credibility, openness, practical learning and hands-on experiences. You combine this audience understanding with strong analytical and operational discipline, using performance data to guide investment, optimize campaigns and drive measurable outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead global developer marketing: Develop and execute integrated campaigns targeting AI developers, engineers and technical practitioners across digital, social, content, events, community and partner channels. Build and develop the team: Lead a global marketing team spanning integrated campaigns, regional activation and developer lifecycle growth, establishing clear priorities, accountability and development opportunities. Drive developer acquisition and activation: Build journeys across awareness, acquisition, hands-on experience, activation, adoption and advocacy, improving conversion and meaningful developer participation. Support AMD's AI ecosystem: Develop campaigns supporting strategic technologies including ROCm, AMD Instinct, Ryzen AI, Halo and other emerging developer platforms. Scale regional activation: Lead developer campaign strategy across priority markets, including the United States, China and EMEA, balancing global consistency with local market requirements. Optimize marketing performance: Use audience segmentation, automation, experimentation and analytics to improve acquisition efficiency, lifecycle progression and return on marketing investment. Build scalable operations: Establish repeatable campaign frameworks, measurement, planning and reporting processes that improve speed, accountability and execution quality. Lead cross-functional execution: Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Developer Relations and regional organizations, while managing agency relationships, budgets and campaign resources. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Significant experience in integrated, growth, digital or developer marketing, ideally within AI, cloud, semiconductor, enterprise software or another technical environment. Proven experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams and complex global campaigns. Experience building acquisition and lifecycle programs that deliver measurable audience growth, engagement and conversion. Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, marketing automation, analytics and performance optimization. Experience managing global or regional campaigns, external agencies, budgets and complex cross-functional programs. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technology into credible, compelling developer-focused campaigns. Familiarity with AI development, open-source ecosystems and technologies such as ROCm, PyTorch, Hugging Face and cloud AI infrastructure is preferred. Experience with developer lifecycle, product-led growth or community-driven adoption strategies is advantageous. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Advanced degree is a plus.
