The ED LPN provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse based on department and regulatory requirements,cares for patients of all ages requiring emergency care & treatment.

As an LPN, a typical day may include:

• Providing safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands on care
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record to promote continuity and patient safety

To be considered for this LPN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey LPN license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. At least one year current ED patient care experience is required and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position offers a minimum schedule of one weekend per 4 week schedule plus 2 Holidays/year-1 Winter, 1 Summer, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
