Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * 10+ years of software development experience. * 3+ years of experience in Technical Lead or Lead Engineer roles. * Strong expertise in: o Google Cloud Platform (GCP) o BigQuery o Cloud Spanner o Java 8/11/17 o Spring Boot o ReactJS o Apache Kafka o Cassandra * Experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture. * Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and cloud architecture. * Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical design and development of cloud-native applications on GCP. * Define technical architecture and implementation strategies for scalable and highly available systems. * Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. * Design and develop microservices using Java Spring Boot. * Lead front-end development initiatives using ReactJS. * Build and optimize real-time event-driven architectures using Kafka. * Design and manage high-performance distributed databases using Cassandra. * Develop large-scale data solutions leveraging BigQuery and Cloud Spanner. * Guide DevOps, CI/CD, security, and cloud governance practices. * Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and performance optimization sessions. * Mentor and support developers and engineers across multiple project teams. * Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
