Jewelry Sales Representative-Computer Knowledge

ewelry Sales Associate with customer service and administrative work. Majestic is a FAST Paced independent jewelry store, we do more than just sales. We do jewelry repairs, custom work and more. Must have good customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to be patient and work well with others. Knowledge of computers with data entry skills, able to adapt to using our jewelry software/POS system, and able to multi-task. Will be subjected to physical activity such as i.e., bending, squatting, prolong standing, this is for setting up and taking down showcases daily and helping customers (standing).

The hourly rate is Plus 1.5% commission (we work with each other) and after 90 days we provide dental, vision (100% paid) and 50% of health insurance paid. We close Sunday and Monday, we work Tuesday-Friday 8: 30 to 6 and Saturday is 9 to 3.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers when entering store
• Jewelry Sales and Repairs (study findings book on jewelry to learn the items for jewelry repair)
• Enter Jewelry Repair Tickets into our jewelry software program
• Enter Jewelry Sales in POS
• Proper Phone Skills
• Help with watch repairs, calling estimates and job pick ups
• Call customers when jewelry jobs are ready
• Clean and Sanitize Showroom
• Help put out and clean up jewelry showcases morning and at the end of the day (this is bending, getting down on knees for lower cases, etc.)
• Type Pawn Reports in computer
• Tag Products, check inventory
• Work well with others
• Help designer and others to enter a project (computer knowledge a must)

Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commission
