  • Execute testing to MIL-STD-461, RTCA/DO-160, and other applicable aerospace and defense standards.
  • Troubleshoot test failures, evaluate measurement accuracy, and provide technical guidance to customers.
  • Develop test plans, procedures, and comprehensive technical reports.
  • Serve as the EMI/EMC technical expert during ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation assessments and customer audits.
  • Collaborate with Quality Management to maintain compliance, resolve findings, and improve testing capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on EMI/EMC testing experience, including direct MIL-STD-461 testing
  • Strong knowledge of conducted and radiated emissions/susceptibility testing
  • Experience with shielded or anechoic chambers and specialized EMI/EMC instrumentation
  • Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 technical and documentation requirements
  • Ability to independently manage testing, troubleshoot issues, and defend technical findings during audits
  • Strong technical reporting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • iNARTE or Exemplar Global EMC certification
  • A2LA assessment experience
  • Measurement uncertainty analysis
  • Experience with TILE or equivalent testing software

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Challenging Projects: Work on complex testing assignments that require creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving.

Technical Ownership: Manage projects from test planning and setup through execution, troubleshooting, and final reporting.

Collaborative Culture: Join a dedicated team that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • PTO
