Job Duties Maintain and culture human cells to support disease modeling and research initiatives. Perform molecular biology techniques including qPCR, RNA analysis, protein analysis, imaging, sequencing, and functional assays. Develop, optimize, and characterize advanced in vitro cell culture systems. Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot technical challenges. Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure high-quality, reproducible results. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate research findings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant laboratory experience, or Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience. Strong hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques. Experience with human iPSC culture and differentiation preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. Experience with advanced cell models, genome editing, or Benchling is a plus.
