As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher. Degree: Business Degree or related discipline. Minimum Experience No experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work productivity and productively, both independently and as a part of a team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills. Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management. Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with AI tools and applications; knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics. Preferred majors include Supply Chain, Logistics and Engineering. Gain hands-on experience supporting Global Solutions and Sales initiatives. Assist with customer transitions, supply chain improvements and business growth projects while learning strategies and tools that enhance customer satisfaction. Pay Transparency: This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. Hybrid opportunities may be available in Memphis, TN; Pittsburgh, PA; or Plano, TX. Candidates interested in a hybrid arrangement must reside within 50 miles of their assigned office location. This is a full-time, 10-week internship requiring 40 hours per week from June 7 through August 13, 2027. Relocation is not required. Pay: $25.00/hour for undergraduate students and $30.00/hour for graduate students. Additional Details: Summer 2027 Internship: 40 hours/week, June 7-August 13.
