Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager II to own the core customer experience and value proposition for arming and protecting the home. You will partner closely with engineering, design, monitoring operations, home management partners, customer care and product peers to define what great looks like. You will identify where customers lose confidence in arming, disarming, and alarm response, then ship improvements that make the security experience feel easier, calmer and more trustworthy.
