Aquent is partnering with a well-known national retail brand that is at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. This innovative company is dedicated to optimizing its operational efficiency and is seeking a highly skilled individual to make a significant, immediate impact on its project management capabilities. Join a team that values precision and strategic planning, and help shape how large-scale seasonal campaigns are executed and tracked, directly contributing to the brand's continued success and market leadership.

Are you a Workfront wizard ready to transform project planning and execution for a major national brand? This is an exciting opportunity to step in as a hands-on expert, taking ownership of a critical initiative to optimize a powerful platform. You won't just be advising; you'll be building, connecting, and empowering a team to achieve unparalleled clarity and efficiency. Your work will directly enable leadership to gain instant, comprehensive insights into complex seasonal campaigns, ensuring everything from social media launches to packaging kickoffs stays on track. If you thrive on solving technical challenges and enjoy seeing the tangible results of your expertise, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement the Workfront Planning hierarchy, seamlessly connecting individual projects to overarching programs, strategic goals, and major seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Integrate and map over 400 active projects into the newly established structure, ensuring accurate rollup and visibility.
  • Design intuitive rollup views and dashboards that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights into campaign status (on time, at risk, late).
  • Facilitate working sessions with the team to establish consistent naming conventions, taxonomy, and record types for assets, deliverables, and campaigns.
  • Execute comprehensive backend configuration, including the setup of custom forms, record types, connected fields, and the underlying logic to unify the system.
  • Develop the planning framework for the upcoming year (2027), with foresight into future cycles (2028), accounting for long-lead workstreams such as packaging that extend beyond 53 weeks.
  • Provide thorough training to the team, explaining the strategic rationale behind the setup to ensure they can confidently maintain and replicate the system annually.
  • Identify opportunities where the team can further leverage Workfront's capabilities and recommend immediate, high-impact improvements.

What You Bring

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including deep knowledge of backend configuration and administration.
  • Direct experience with Workfront Planning or comparable large-scale project mapping and portfolio rollup initiatives.
  • A proven track record of successfully building interconnected project structures across multiple teams and managing hundreds of projects.
  • Strong proficiency in workflow and process mapping.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical setups into clear, understandable language for non-technical users.
  • Comfort and capability in working quickly and independently with a highly motivated team.

Nice to Have

  • Adobe Workfront certification (Core Developer, Program Architect, Fusion, or Planning).
  • Background in retail, CPG, or marketing operations, particularly with seasonal or promotional calendars.
  • Experience presenting to leadership and effectively gathering cross-team feedback.
