Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key strategic initiatives from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment and accelerating progress across teams.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and product managers to operationalize strategic recommendations and drive tangible results.
• Synthesize complex information and provide expert recommendations on emerging trends in the future of work, integrating business and technology strategies, and leveraging ecosystem partnerships.
• Proactively identify and define business challenges across various organizational functions, developing and implementing programs and processes to resolve them.
• Structure complex business issues for leadership, developing comprehensive solutions supported by clear requirements and business justifications.
• Support executives in shaping overall communications strategies across functions and regions, coordinating internal events and aligning internal messaging.
• Establish and refine critical processes for defining organizational objectives, including goal setting (OKRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and budget management.
• Oversee workflows for targeting and measurement processes, fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Develop and recommend strategies for various business areas, working in close partnership with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
• Conduct in-depth strategic analysis to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution within relevant organizational functions.
• Efficiently gather and analyze large datasets, effectively problem-solve, and develop compelling, data-driven business recommendations.
