  • Embed with Tier 1 SMEs and coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests with local contacts and training stakeholders.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative support, adoption, and program data; develop concise metrics, reports, and status updates.
  • Identify recurring user issues and recommend appropriate training, coaching, job aids, communications, or workflow improvements.
  • Advise SMEs and training owners on revisions to FAQs, job aids, training materials, and user guidance following system or policy changes.
  • Support EHR Go-Live and Post Go-Live activities through issue tracking, program coordination, adoption monitoring, and process analysis.
  • Track activities, milestones, risks, and outcomes; evaluate whether support interventions address gaps and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare/Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant program, business, operations, or healthcare informatics analysis experience.
  • Relevant clinical informatics experience in a Veterans Administration healthcare setting.
  • Experience evaluating operations or programs using qualitative and quantitative methods, analyzing data, and developing metrics, reports, and decision-support materials.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to meet Federal/VA security, privacy, and information-security requirements, obtain a Public Trust clearance, and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium, FEHR, VA VistA/CPRS, and VHA EHR modernization or Post Go-Live experience.
  • Experience delivering or coordinating EHR workflow training, refresher sessions, workshops, office hours, coaching, and site-specific end-user support.
  • Skill identifying learning needs, proficiency gaps, recurring user issues, and adoption barriers; recommending and assessing support interventions.
  • Experience preparing or updating job aids, FAQs, training content, knowledge articles, and end-user communications with SMEs.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 SME teams, training stakeholders, distributed sites, and change-management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, performance measurement, learning platforms, and SAFe/Agile teams.
