  • Develop allocation and prioritization strategies during constrained supply situations.
  • Ensure supply plans support customer requirements, revenue commitments, manufacturing schedules, and business priorities.

2. Supplier Management

  • Manage supplier operational performance including supply commits, delivery performance, lead time, flexibility, responsiveness, and recovery execution.
  • Conduct regular supply reviews with strategic suppliers and drive closure of supply gaps.
  • Establish effective supplier escalation mechanisms for critical shortages or business-impacting issues.
  • Work with suppliers to improve capacity visibility, commit accuracy, and supply flexibility.

3. Inventory Optimization

  • Balance supply assurance and inventory efficiency, ensuring adequate supply protection while avoiding unnecessary inventory exposure.
  • Manage inventory within established KPI targets and drive actions to mitigate excess and obsolete inventory risks.

  • Partner with Planning, Procurement and Finance teams to optimize global inventory positioning.

4. Shortage & Risk Management

  • Proactively identify supply risks related to capacity, semiconductor availability, product transitions, supplier dependencies, geopolitical events, and logistics disruptions.
  • Lead cross-functional shortage management and recovery plans.
  • Develop contingency strategies including alternative supply, upside capacity, allocation optimization, and qualification of alternate solutions where appropriate.
  • Provide clear management-level visibility of critical supply risks, business impact, recovery timing, and required decisions.

5. Cross-functional & Global Collaboration

  • Partner closely with GCM, Engineering, Planning, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance/OE-CF, quality teams, regional procurement organizations, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate supply execution across global manufacturing locations and regions including China, Mexico, Brazil, India, Europe and other operational sites.
  • Support new product introductions, product transitions, end-of-life planning, and supplier/component changes from a supply-management perspective.
  • Drive alignment between commercial strategy, technical roadmap, demand outlook, supplier capacity, and operational execution.

Basic Qualifications
