About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is perfect for a "jack of all trades" with a passion for advocacy and influence, ready to tackle diverse challenges from innovative creator campaigns to seamless event execution. You will be a central figure in orchestrating comprehensive 360 communications strategies, working cross-functionally with various internal teams and external agencies to bring groundbreaking ideas to life. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and quickly adapt to evolving digital platforms will be key to your success in this high-impact position, directly influencing brand perception and market presence.

What You'll Do

• Champion brand voices and aesthetics across traditional, digital, and social media channels, ensuring all content is perfectly on-brand and deployed according to best practices.
• Implement integrated communications strategies to build and sustain powerful brand images for external audiences.
• Lead influencer strategy and campaign execution from conception to completion, collaborating with various agencies and creators.
• Generate compelling and innovative content for social media platforms and key retail partners.
• Assist in the meticulous planning and flawless execution of special events and strategic sponsorships.
• Research and engage with vendors to inquire about services and rates for high-impact activations.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and insightful recaps for activations and events, showcasing tangible results.
• Drive day-to-day communication planning and execution, including campaign development, media relations, and event organization.
• Cultivate and develop strong relationships across the industry, as well as internally with various departments and global teams.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience specifically in PR, influencer marketing, and social media content/strategy within the fragrance, fashion, and/or beauty sectors.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven professional experience in executing impactful PR and social media campaigns, including successful creator campaigns.
• An established network within press, influencers, events, social media, and the broader beauty industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate within teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent writing skills, alongside proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• A self-starter mentality, action-oriented with a positive "can do" attitude, thriving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong aptitude for learning new platforms and adapting quickly to evolving digital landscapes.
• Ability to work seamlessly in a team and effectively interact with all departments.
