Job Duties Secure finished pallets using industrial banding equipment. Operate a light industrial bander to prepare products for shipment. Move pallets from production areas to staging locations using a pallet jack when needed. Inspect pallets to ensure products are properly secured and ready for transport. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience is a plus but not required. Experience using pallet jacks or packaging equipment is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift (100% standing). Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movement while securing pallets. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays. Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment.
