Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional warehouse, inventory, or logistics training is a plus. Experience Requirements 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience. Experience loading, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, or moving materials. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn inventory management systems. Experience operating forklifts or cherry pickers is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to read work orders, safety procedures, operating instructions, and inventory documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with inventory cycle counts, replenishment, and stock control processes. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be able to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required. Job Duties Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies. Organize and store materials accurately to maintain an efficient and well-organized storeroom. Issue and track inventory, tools, and equipment to employees. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and replenishment activities. Investigate missing inventory and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives. Inspect tools and equipment for wear or damage and report issues as needed. Deliver materials and equipment to designated work areas. Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment while meeting company standards.
