Department of Plan Administration Job Description
#upjobs Monitor revenue departments' adherence to charge reconciliation processes and metrics measured by key performance indicators. Review changes in CPT, HCPCS, and revenue codes for accuracy, compliance with applicable billing guidelines, and optimization of reimbursement. Perform revenue integrity reviews and present findings for corrective action - these are reviews of a specific topic with a focus on documentation and coding requirements. Serve as a resource for organizational and operational matters related to revenue integrity issues. Monitor, investigate, and resolve revenue integrity concerns and opportunities reported in their area and provide any necessary follow-up. Develop tools to track and identify potential areas of lost revenue. Plan and conduct regular meetings with assigned Divisions to review key performance indicators and discuss potential revenue leakage and performance improvement opportunities. Eligible to work four ten hour shifts or five eight hour shifts. This position is eligible for the University Physicians work from home program Shift
Monday - Friday 8-5 Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities can be acquired. Preferred Qualifications
Years of Experience: Experience in HC, preferably 5+ years, but not required. Anticipated Hiring Range
