Clinical Operations Assistant, Endocrinology and OBGYN clinics

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift working Monday - Friday from 6:30a - 3p. You will work at Junction Road Medical Center, Union Corners clinic and Eastpark Medical Center.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

• Coordinate clinical staffing schedules and coverage needs
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management and supply coordination
• Organize meetings, prepare materials and document outcomes
• Track action items and provide administrative support for projects and committees
• Perform general office and administrative support functions

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
• 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
• Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
