Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM + OT until 5pm and Sat/Sun 7am-3:30pm

Job Duties

• Assemble documents, materials, and products into completed customer kits according to specifications.
• Work at a kitting table to accurately sort, organize, package, and assemble kit components.
• Follow instructions provided by the Kitting Coordinator and Table Lead.
• Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
• Assist in other warehouse, assembly, or production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures at all times.
• Support team productivity by helping streamline processes and meet daily production targets.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous kitting, warehouse, inventory control, material handling, manufacturing, assembly, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory control, production staging, or Lean manufacturing practices is considered an asset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately while meeting productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing production needs.
• Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, organization, reliability, and strong attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Kitting associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull parts, containers, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.
