Responsibilities Processing travel requests for domestic and international trips using internal company system and GDS. Contacting hotels to request conference room space, guest room blocks and seek customer folio's (receipts). Perform administration duties and work with associated departments on all travel related questions and issues. Booking Air, Hotel, Rental cars, Rail, long-term housing and more while following company approval processes. Engaging with department team, other company departments and vendors. Compiling reports for various business units. This position will require you to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
