The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine's Department of Urology was formalized in July 2024 after being a division of the Department of Surgery since 1960. During periods of its history, the division was nationally recognized by U.S. News & World Report for delivering the highest quality of care for the treatment of urologic conditions. Dr. Kamal Pohar, an internationally recognized academic urologist, was named the inaugural chair of the Department in January 2026, and he will lead the growth in all areas of our tripartite mission. The Department will develop specialty Divisions anchored by rapid expansion of talented faculty at various career stages with opportunities to establish research programs and take leadership roles. The Department is seeking an Endourologist to join the team. The faculty position is full-time on the clinical track, with rank and salary commensurate with education and experience. The successful candidate is a respected clinician, educator, and researcher whose scholarly work has or will have an impact on the field of Urology. Clinical care, research, education, and community service are major priorities, and the Department is engaged in multicenter and multispecialty initiatives. Essential Functions
