Divisional Overview The Divisional CFO team (part of The Core Management & Strategy Division) partners with firm and divisional leadership to understand and manage risks and create solutions through quantitative analysis, projecting and forecasting. We are responsible for The Core's business planning and transformation initiatives. We identify key performance indicators and measure the firm's performance against these metrics. The team also assists with executing initiatives to transform, streamline and innovate business planning processes across the firm. These initiatives focus on the availability and reliability of financial information for internal stakeholders. Professionals on the team have an analytical mindset, exhibit intellectual curiosity and are from diverse academic backgrounds. Role Overview This role sits within Divisional CFO team in The Core Management & Strategy. The Divisional CFO team members are strategic finance advisors helping the firm and the non-revenue divisions achieve commercial financial opportunities. They partner with divisions to generate budget/projections, highlighting key drivers and initiatives. The team oversees the divisions expenses, reporting and analytics, budgeting, and reforecasting in alignment to firm's strategic plans. The role requires collaboration with different functions and divisions across the firm on a regular basis, an ability to work independently and ability to interact with stakeholders across the firm. It also entails in-depth analysis and reporting for senior management, requiring diligence and a commercial mindset. The candidate is required to work closely with counterparts across the globe including New York, Dallas, Salt Lake City and Bengaluru. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
