Oracle Fixed Assets & Projects Analyst
Location: Beachwood, OH
Pay: $135.00 per hour

Job Summary
TheOracle Fixed Assets & Projects Analyst supports Oracle Projects and Oracle Fixed Assets through data conversion, project setup, budgeting, expenditure uploads, and fixed asset processing. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle data conversion processes, WebADI uploads, depreciation categories and locations, and SQL scripting. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience managing financial data within Oracle environments.

Job Responsibilities



  • Use conversion scripts to populate data within Oracle Projects and Oracle Fixed Assets.
  • Create and maintain depreciation categories and locations in Oracle Fixed Assets.
  • Create projects within Oracle Projects.
  • Create and maintain project budgets manually and through Oracle processes.
  • Upload project expenditures into Oracle Projects using PA WebADI.
  • Manually create fixed assets within Oracle Fixed Assets.
  • Upload fixed asset data into Oracle Fixed Assets using WebADI.
  • Execute conversion scripts to load Oracle Projects and Fixed Assets data.
  • Use SQL scripts to support data conversion, validation, and financial data management.
  • Review uploaded data for accuracy and completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed.


Job Requirements



  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Projects and Oracle Fixed Assets.
  • Experience using conversion scripts to load Oracle Projects and Oracle Fixed Assets data.
  • Experience creating projects and project budgets in Oracle Projects.
  • Experience creating depreciation categories and locations in Oracle Fixed Assets.
  • Experience manually creating fixed assets in Oracle Fixed Assets.
  • Experience using PA WebADI to upload project expenditures.
  • Experience using WebADI to upload fixed assets.
  • Experience with SQL scripts.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work with financial and project data in Oracle applications.


Work Experience



  • 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Projects and Oracle Fixed Assets, including data conversion, project setup, budgeting, WebADI uploads, and fixed asset processing.
