Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a Long-Term Care facility in Pennsylvania. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
  • Take and record vital signs as directed.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
  • Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality resident care.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania or eligibility to work as a CNA in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience.
  • At least two (2) months of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Must be reliable, professional, and compassionate.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with geriatric and rehabilitation populations.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities or nursing homes.
