What does a Merchandising Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Merchandising Supervisor leads and develops a team of merchandisers to execute retail merchandising strategies and deliver exceptional customer service. This role ensures company standards are met through effective execution of product displays, in-stock conditions, product freshness, and backroom organization while building strong customer and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate daily merchandising activities, including delivery alignment, display execution, and in-stock conditions.
  • Lead, train, and develop merchandisers to achieve performance and service expectations.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet business and customer needs, 364 days a year.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, product rotation, freshness, and backroom organization.
  • Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on coaching, feedback and support.
  • Monitor productivity and labor utilization to support operational and budget objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key customer contacts.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Area Sales Managers to support customer needs and execution priorities.
  • Collaborate with fellow Merchandising Supervisors to drive consistently and share best practices.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma (or GED) require or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must have valid Driver's License and clean MVR (2 or less minor violations or no major violations) in past 39 months required
  • Must have reliable vehicle required
  • 1+ years retail, consumer goods, or customer service experience required
  • 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience required
