Location: Wendell, NC
Employment: Contract (12 months)
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: $19/hour
Schedule: 40 hours /week

What You'll Do:
  • Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles, while completing required daily equipment inspections.
  • Receive, unload, count, verify, store, and pick materials accurately, using RF scanners and SAP to maintain reliable inventory records.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and support inventory accuracy across the storeroom and production areas.
  • Pack, stage, and load materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring products are protected and all required documentation is provided.
  • Follow established processes and safety standards, use hand and power tools effectively, and contribute ideas that improve warehouse operations and efficiency.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in material handling, receiving, warehouse operation
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associates Degree
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Must have the ability to work independently with little guidance
  • Must be able to perform job duties safely with a sense of urgency
  • Must have great attention to detail while working to a deadline
  • Must have a positive attitude, work well with others, and implement constructive criticism
  • 1 + years' experience in material management (warehousing)
  • 1+ years' experience driving a forklift
  • Experience with SAP system
  • Experience with RF Scanner devices
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
