Sigma Defense is seeking a Military Planner/Liaison III to join our team in Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting military testing and training events.
  • Knowledge of military operations and organizations to include military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships.
  • Knowledge of Army planning and staff processes; joint and combined planning processes; and an understanding of OPFOR's role in the training environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • The ability to operate professionally in a dynamic high OPTEMPO environment.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Candidate Differentiators:

  • RF knowledge (Transmit, receive, jam, path-loss, LOS, etc.).

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Assist with the design, development, and execution of contractor supported field training exercises (FTX) conducted at US Army Ranges CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Process and relay information for real time and projected scenarios which will help build the foundation for exercise information, products, and execution.
  • Participate and contribute in exercise progress reviews, planning conferences, and staff briefs.
  • Interface with members of the U.S. military and government officials in a professional and competent manner.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 annually.
