Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will serve as the strategic engine driving talent acquisition across our West offices.
In this high-visibility role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for campus recruiting and experienced professionals (1-4 years out of graduation).
Partnering closely with office leadership and our broader North American recruiting community, you will define and execute recruiting strategies that attract exceptional, diverse talent to our rapidly growing West offices. You will shape the candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding and champion our value proposition to hire the best talent.
You will design and deliver comprehensive recruiting strategies for undergraduate, graduate, and experienced hire candidates destined for the West offices. Through this regional ownership, you will cultivate robust pipelines across key universities and seasoned industry talent pools. You will also articulate and champion the unique positioning of the West offices, highlighting our innovative client work. Furthermore, you will integrate closely with each West office and North American talent acquisition teams to support multi-office initiatives and cross-regional hiring initiatives.
You will oversee full-lifecycle recruitment, guiding candidates through screening, interview rounds, offer negotiations, and seamless onboarding. In doing so, you will serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, deeply understanding their career aspirations and offering personalized guidance throughout their decision-making process. You will also conceptualize, manage, and execute dynamic attraction and cultivation events to keep prospects engaged.
You will spearhead logistics and operations for candidate interviews, collaborating with Consultants, Partners, and Executive Assistants to orchestrate seamless scheduling and decision meetings. Additionally, you will leverage recruitment systems and dashboards to track pipeline metrics, conduct annual recruiting post-mortems, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
To be successful in your work, you must be a dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enthusiastically steps up to support firmwide initiatives. You are a strategic thinker who can connect daily recruiting operations with long-term regional business priorities and workforce plans.
As a master communicator and convener, you are an exceptional relationship-builder capable of fostering trust and credibility with candidates, Partners, and cross-functional teams. You are also analytical and detail-obsessed, meaning you are comfortable tracking conversion rates and candidate pipeline data using Excel, PowerPoint, and modern applicant tracking systems (ATS). Finally, you are agile and resilient, demonstrating sound judgment and poise under shifting timelines and high-volume cycles, while maintaining strict discretion with confidential candidate and business data.
This is a hybrid role with an office requirement of 3 days in the Seattle office.
