Compensation: $22.85-$32.57/hr

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to parts, services, and technical equipment, building strong relationships across customer teams.
  • Coordinate quotations by working with engineering, sourcing, product management, and factory teams to gather pricing, lead times, and technical information.
  • Create and manage sales and purchase orders, revisions, and customer records while monitoring fulfilment, shipping, and invoicing activities.
  • Research and coordinate solutions to technical, commercial, and delivery-related issues, escalating concerns when needed and driving them through to resolution.
  • Prepare customer and business reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, order management, customer support, or another customer-facing role.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical customer support, utility, transportation, electrical, or service-oriented environments.
  • SAP or other ERP system experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, product documentation, or electrical schematics is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build productive working relationships.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn technical products, business processes, and industry applications.
